Text: Hebrews 2:1-18
Today’s Truth: Jesus > My Sin
1. My sin justly deserves punishment
2. There is no escape from that punishment in and of myself
3. But God has provided through Jesus a great salvation
a. Jesus was momentarily made lower than the angels in the incarnation
b. Jesus suffered temptations but remained perfect without sin
c. Jesus suffered in His death on the cross
d. Jesus was glorified and honored in His resurrection and ascension
e. Jesus can deliver me from my punishment and my sin
Why would I neglect such great a salvation?
May I run to Jesus and be saved!
