Instances of regression after the city was restored
1. Allowing foreigners to live in the temple complex
2. Ignoring providing for the temple staff
3. Profaning the Sabbath
4. Marrying pagans
How to guard against regression
1. Recognize the gravity of our depravity
2. Come to grips with restoration never-ending
3. Never forget what got you into brokenness
4. Care enough to never give up
5. Hold the standard as the leader
6. Put into place committed people as overseers
