Leadership Principle #1 – Good leaders understand that leadership is influence

1. Everybody has influence in some capacity
2. Your influence is either positive or negative
3. Your influence should be shaped by Scripture
4. Your influence is maximized by being intentional
5. Your influence can be grown or blown

May you be a person of great influence, leading as many as the Lord gives you toward stability and safety!
