Life gets heavy sometimes. Are you burdened down with the cares of this world? Are you discouraged? Are you hurting? Jesus speaks directly to your heart in Matthew 11:28 when he says, “Come to me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.”

You see, you don’t have to carry your burden alone. Jesus will carry that burden with you and will teach you how to carry it biblically. He went on to say, “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS”

And when it comes to the burden of your sins. You don’t have to carry that at all. When you turn from your sins and trust in Christ, he will take that burden completely from you, and you will carry them no more.

“[His] yoke is easy, and [his] burden is light.” Jesus is just what your weary soul needs.
