CONNECT people to Christ and POUR into their lives His teaching so they'll OVERFLOW for the glory of God

Anchored in Unchanging Love

In a world of constant change, where relationships shift and circumstances fluctuate, we anchor our souls in this truth: God’s love for His people never wavers.

The psalmist declared in Psalm 100, “For the LORD is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.” The prophet in Lamentations 3 beautifully said, “The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end.” This isn’t empty poetry. It is bedrock reality written from the depths of suffering. Even when Jerusalem lay in ruins, God’s love remained constant.

Consider this: God’s love for you isn’t contingent on your performance. When you stumble, His love doesn’t diminish. When you triumph, it doesn’t increase. His love is not a response to who you are but a revelation of who He is. “God is love,” Apostle John wrote in 1 John. Love is His very nature.

This unchanging love drove Jesus to the cross. “Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end,” the Gospel of John says. That same love pursues you today.

And how should we respond to that? With thanksgiving that overflows into faithfulness. Because He is unchanging, we can trust Him completely. Because His love endures, we can face tomorrow without fear.

Today, thank God not just for what He does, but for who He is—eternally, unchangeably, magnificently loving toward His people.

Change begins in you!
